Our delivery fees are extremely simple. The following are processing and delivery costs for merchandise found in all store categories.

Within Australia

• $14.95 delivery fee for up to three items in one purchase.
• $3.50 delivery fee per additional item in the same puchase.

Within New Zealand

• $30.00 delivery fee for up to three items in one purchase.
• $6.00 delivery fee per additional items in the same purchase.

All orders are delivered via registered Australia Post and therefore we recommend your work or other suitable daytime address to ensure someone is available to accept your order. If no one is available to accept delivery, a card will be left for you and the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office where you can collect it. We happily deliver to P.O. Boxes. Standard delivery time is between 3-10 working days for orders within Australia and 7-14 working days for orders within New Zealand. Sorry No C.O.D's or rainchecks.

Important information

All orders require a signature upon receipt unless you specify otherwise at your own risk. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and other unforeseen circumstances.
