We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will accept exchange or return of the unworn merchandise within 14 days of the order date. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the original condition as when it was received. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges. Please note that all returns must be sent  at your own cost therefore please choose colours and sizes carefully, no re-delivery fee applies within Australia.

To return merchandise for a refund, please also contact one of our friendly staff via email – info@therapyshoes.com.au or 1800 004 543. We will credit your original method of payment or alternatively can issue a credit against your VIP account, excluding shipping charges and sales tax on shipping charges (unless goods are defective or not as ordered).

Worn merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a clear manufacturing fault which is not the result of substantial wear and tear.  If you think there is guenine fault with the item you have brought please contact customer service on 1800 004 543 or email us – info@therapyshoes.com.au.
