COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE:
To our Therapy Shoes community, we have changed our shipping policy until further notice in light of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak as the safety and wellbeing of our customers, team and community is extremely important to us. We appreciate that in these overwhelming times you may prefer to shop online, and to help make this as convenient as possible for you we have waived all standard National shipping fees until further notice. We are prepared to adjust as things progress and we will keep you updated, and you will hear from us with any changes. We have tried to make our shipping fees as straight forward as possible – The following are processing and delivery costs for merchandise found in all categories.
During this overwhelming time, we are experiencing some delays due to social distancing measures and post delivery delays both nationally and internationally (New Zealand). So please allow up to 15 business days for your delivery to arrive once dispatched. Once the parcel has left our warehouse, the post company (details sent with tracking number) will be your best point of contact for an accurate up to date status of your parcel.
Please contact AUS Post or NZ Post for deliveries to New Zealand (call NZ Post if your tracking number states your item has arrived in New Zealand) and reference your tracking number and they will give you all the details as the status of your parcel. Of course, if you are having trouble or cannot get adequate answers we are always happy to escalate issues.
Standard Shipping – We have waived all standard National shipping fees until further notice.
Express Shipping – Please note that when selecting express shipping your order may take up to 3 business days to process and leave our warehouse due to COVID019 Social Distancing restrictions. However, if you have any concerns please email us, we are always here to help.
Within New Zealand
All orders are delivered via registered Australia Post. We recommend your work or other suitable daytime address be used to ensure someone is available to accept your order delivery. If no one is available to accept delivery, a card will be left for you and the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office where you can collect it. We happily deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Due to COVID-19 the current estimated delivery time to New Zealand is 8 – 15 Business Days as there are less flights to send parcels overseas. Please note that to speed up the shipping process AUS post are bypassing some scanning stages to save time, so you may not get another update until your parcel reaches New Zealand or even on the day your parcel is due to arrive at your address.
Please allow for up to 10 extra Business days once entering the country if your parcel is being transferred to your address from the local delivery network/sorting centre. If you are worried about our parcel please contact us and we can escalate your concerns to the best of our ability.

During this time deliveries do not have to be signed for, however items will not be left unattended if no one is at the provided address when parcel arrives. It will then be taken to the nearest post office and a card will be left in your mailbox with instructions. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation, public holidays and other unforeseen circumstances.
Please note, orders placed after 12pm (noon) will be processed and in most cases, are shipped the following working day. However, there might be delays due to the current COVID-19 situation and social distancing measures. We will ship your orders out as quickly as possible. Please contact us should you want to calculate your delivery time more accurately.
Free shipping From time to time, we run free shipping promotions. To be notified by email of free shipping, or other similar offers and giveaways, then join the Club (it only takes a couple of seconds). Currently New Zealand customers can receive free shipping on orders over $50.00. This offer is automatically available at check out on all orders exceeding $50.00. Please ensure free shipping is selected in your shopping cart. **Free Shipping is available for Australian and New Zealand Customers – Express Shipping is not available for New Zealand Customers**
