For full-price items, we offer a full refund, an instant refund via Refundid, or 110% store credit. Items on permanent markdown are eligible for 110% store credit only.

RETURNS FAQS

All returns must be lodged within 30 days of receipt, items must be unworn
in original packaging, and FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

THERAPY reserves the right to reject returns lodged beyond this period.

If items are not returned in original condition, THERAPY reserves the right to reject the return. Rejected items will be sent back to the customer, and any shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.
Change of mind is not accepted on FINAL SALE items.

A permanent markdown means:

  • The original price is shown with a line through it
  • The reduced price appears in red

Permanent markdown items:

  • Are not eligible for refunds
  • Are eligible for a 110% store credit

Yes, if your item is full priced and part of a promotion or sitewide sale, it is still considered full price and remains eligible for refund.
Items purchased through a promo (but not permanently marked down) are eligible for refund.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
You may choose:

  • A refund, or
  • A 110% store credit voucher

We will honour any sales promotion applied to your original purchase, provided you repurchase the same style.

All returns within Australia incur a $14.50 AUD fee, which covers a prepaid returns label.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Therapy Shoes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered parcels.

Once received at our warehouse, returns are processed within 3–4 business days.

Yes. Instant Refunds are available on full-priced items through our third-party partner, Refundid.

  • Instant refunds are issued within 90 seconds if eligible.
  • There is no service fee.
  • A $14.50 prepaid return label fee still applies.

If your item is faulty:
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@therapyshoes.com.au.
Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the fault
  • Clear photos showing the fault

All faulty items will be assessed by our customer service team before processing. If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

Shipping to New Zealand is temporarily paused due to postage difficulties.

Returns follow the same process.
Please note:

Your agreement with Afterpay is separate from THERAPY. You must continue your scheduled fortnightly repayments.

Any late fees associated with missed payments remain the responsibility of the customer.
