                          Our warehouse team work super hard to get out your orders as soon as possible! However, during high volume sale periods, there can be some delays with order processing. Due to this, please allow an additional 2 - 3 business days for dispatch.

                          If you’re not 100% happy with your new shoes, we will gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of the order date. We offer an 110% Store Credit or Refund on all full-priced merchandise. Permanent markdown items are only eligible for a store credit. Head to our Returns page to find out more.

                          If your size is out of stock, be sure to click 'notify me' on your desired item and sign up through that link so we can let you know when we will be restocking!                           Give your shoe-drobe all the love by maintaining them! For minor scuff marks we recommend addressing this as soon as possible; by using a damp clean cloth and gently buffing the area. Keep in mind to not use any detergents or harsh chemicals on your shoes! For more complex issues we highly recommend contacting your local shoe repairer to see what they can assist you with.
