Promotion Period	Ongoing. Each promotion period runs for two (2) calendar months.
Eligible Entrants	Australian residents aged 18 years or over who submit an eligible review during the Promotion Period.
Entry Method	Submit a product review via a review link provided by Therapy or through the review platform available on the Therapy website during the Promotion Period.
Entries	One (1) entry per approved review. Multiple entries permitted for multiple eligible reviews.
Prize	One (1) $200 Therapy Gift Card. Valid for three (3) years from date of issue.
Draw	Conducted on the 10th day of every second month. If this date falls on a non-business day, the draw will occur on the next business day.
Winner Notification	Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the draw.
Publication	Winners’ first name and state may be published on Therapy’s website and marketing channels.

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who submit an eligible product review during the Promotion Period.

2. Entry

To enter, individuals must submit a product review via a review link provided by Therapy or through the review platform available on the Therapy website during the Promotion Period.

Only reviews that are approved and published by Therapy will constitute valid entries.

Each approved review constitutes one (1) entry.

Entries are limited to genuine product reviews only.

3. Reviews

Reviews must reflect the entrant’s genuine experience.

Therapy reserves the right to reject any review that is, in its opinion, offensive, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise non-compliant with applicable laws or review guidelines.

4. Draw

This is a game of chance.

At the end of each promotion period, one (1) winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received during that period.

5. Prize

The winner will receive one (1) $200 Therapy Gift Card.

The gift card is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Therapy may conduct a redraw.

6. Notification

The winner will be notified via the email address used to submit their review within five (5) business days of the draw.

7. Intellectual Property

By submitting a review, entrants grant Therapy a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish and display their review content for marketing and promotional purposes.

8. Privacy

Personal information is collected for the purposes of conducting the Promotion and in accordance with Therapy’s Privacy Policy.

9. General

Therapy reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, and amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where necessary, subject to applicable law.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
