SHIPPING POLICY
Hey girl!
At Therapy Shoes, we are here to help. Our order fulfilment team (who are superstars) are working hard to get your orders to you as fast as possible and in light of recent times, as safely as we can. We aim to have all orders dispatched within 1-3 business days.
There may be times when delays occur… (like our seriously addictive sale promotions). It sucks – trust us, we know. But, rest assured it’s our goal to get your shoes to you as quickly as we can. During these busy sale periods we aim to have all orders dispatched in 3-5 business days.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation, public holidays and other unforeseen circumstances.

Our Shipping Details:
Within Australia:
- $9.95 flat rate for orders under $80.00
- Free standard shipping for orders above $80.00
- Express shipping is $20.00 for all orders.
Within New Zealand (Currently NOT AVAILABLE):
- $22.00 flat rate for orders under $120.00
- Free standard shipping for orders above $120.00
- Express shipping is not available for New Zealand customers
All NZ orders are delivered via registered Australia Post. We recommend your work or other suitable daytime address be used to ensure someone is available to accept your order delivery. If no one is available to accept delivery, a card will be left for you and the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office where you can collect it. We happily deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Please allow for up to 10 extra Business days once entering the country if your parcel is being transferred to your address from the local delivery network/sorting center. If you are worried about our parcel please contact us and we can escalate your concerns to the best of our ability.
Please contact AUS Post or NZ Post for deliveries to New Zealand (call NZ Post if your tracking number states your item has arrived in New Zealand) and reference your tracking number and they will give you all the details of the status of your parcel. Of course, if you are having trouble or cannot get adequate answers, we are always happy to escalate issues.
